Facade is constructed as a double facade with dark orange bricks as the outer layer. Aluminium details are finished in an anthracite color.

Apartment building

The project is located in a new developing district- Rohan Island in Prague. It deals with southern parcels in urban block. The building wants to keep a strongly defined urban line in a space. The object is divided into three parts to maintain certain permeability, connected with terraces.
